The Loyalty Program SANECO consists of four loyalty groups: NORMAL, PREMIUM, DIAMOND and MYSTIC.

Each group offers a certain level of discount. Naturally, moving up to a higher loyalty group is based on the number of purchases made.

The SANECO Loyalty Program is for everyone. We do not make difference among legal forms of customers; the same rules apply to all. A loyalty card is issued under the condition that the truthfully completed request has been submitted. In case of loss of the loyalty card, an administrative reissue fee of EUR 2,00 is charged, while the loyalty level remains. Customer shopping exclusively through online shops becomes a member of the SANECO Loyalty Program automatically after registration, without having the loyalty card issued.

A new member of the SANECO Loyalty Program enrolls the first loyalty group NORMAL. With this enrollment the member acquires benefits reserved to the given group during the evaluation period. The evaluation period of 365 days starts on the day of commencement of SANECO membership (or on the day of the first purchase). Integration into a certain loyalty group is determined by the amount of turnover achieved within 365 days since the last purchase.

How does SANECO
actually work?

A customer makes the first purchase on August 1^st, 2020 worth e.g. 40 Euro and is automatically included in the first loyalty group NORMAL. On August 15^th, 2020, the customer makes another purchase worth 30 Euros. With the last purchase, the customer exceeds the turnover of 50 Euros and is automatically transferred to the higher loyalty group PREMIUM. The loyalty group PREMIUM offers customers a discount of up to 4% on all products at www.ineternoflowers.com.

If the customer makes more purchases and exceeds 1000 Euros, he or she is automatically included in the higher loyalty group DIAMANT, with the discounts of up to 20%. However, if the customer made the last purchase on August 15^th, 2020 and the next purchase will be made until August 10^th, 2021, his or her loyalty group will automatically be reduced to NORMAL because the turnover in the last 365 days was 30 Euros.

The discounts provided by the SANECO Loyalty Program are not legally enforceable. Kvety.sk reserves the right to terminate membership in the Loyalty Program and to grant discounts without giving any reason. By registering to the SANECO Loyalty Program at www.ineternoflowers.com, I undertake that the information given is correct and at the same time I give my unlimited written consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended, in particular personal data relating to the name, surname, date of birth, address of residence, title and contact details, such as telephone number, email address, etc. I also undertake to accept the terms of the SANECO Loyalty Program.

The SANECO membership cancellation by the customer is possible upon written request sent by email to info@ineternoflowers.com. After processing the application, the membership will be terminated and the customer will be notified by email.
